This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how CollabScale LLC ("CollabScale," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the Code Fluxr platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Important: When you deploy applications built using the Service, you (not CollabScale) are responsible for the collection, use, sharing, and protection of any personal information processed by Your Applications, including providing required notices and obtaining any required consents from your end users.
5.1 Prompts and Generated Output
When you use the Service, we process prompts, inputs, and User Content to generate outputs and provide features. This may involve sending data to AI models and infrastructure operated by or on behalf of CollabScale.
5.2 Model Improvement
We may use de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized data to improve our models, algorithms, and the overall Service. Where we process User Content for improvement purposes beyond operating the Service, we will do so in a way that is designed to avoid identifying you, and in accordance with applicable law.
If we offer options to opt out of certain improvement uses of your data, those options will be described in the Service or account settings.
